When I was 8 years old I started playing the drums.
My parents bought an electric drumkit and I tried learning things from YouTube, later on I started following private drum lessons and I was improving fast.
After about a year we bought my first acoustic drumkit, it was a (red) Pearl Target.
I practiced the drums on and off for the following four years and then I decided to pick up the drums again.
One of the biggest drum related purchases made so far is a Tama Superstar Hyperdrive which I still regularly use to this day.

At the end of 2020 my sister started learning piano which of course made me want to try it too.
During the summer holidays in 2021 I bought a Kawai ES520 which had a huge impact on my (upcoming) music career.

After experimenting around a bit on the piano, I wanted to try to make my own songs, the songs where terrible, but it was a start.
During the winter holidays we returned to the music store and bought an audio interface, a microphone, studio monitors and a few cables.
This set introduced me to Ableton, which was quite the eyeopener for me.
In the beginning I tried loads of different genres and ways of producing to find what way worked best for me.
I also made my first SoundCloud account where I’d post my first few songs.
Around that same time my father and I bought our first bass, it was a Legend P-Bass, which introduced me to my first string instrument.

When I got the bass I was really excited to learn it but sadly the first few months it just stood in my room catching dust.
But the past 1,5 years I have started to take it a little more serious, and even performed as a bassist on multiple events.
During the winter holidays in 2022 I bought a Marcus Miller V3, this was an amazing purchase.

In April 2022 I auditioned for a music school in Groningen, initially I wanted to be a producer but got accepted as a drummer.
This school has taught, me a lot of useful stuff and the opportunity to perform at diverse venues in Groningen, from smaller theatres to even “Martiniplaza”.
Besides the theoretical and practical things I’ve been taught, I’ve also met a bunch of new people.

A few years ago I finished my first Jazz Fusion album called “FOCUS“, I took a lot of inspiration from japanese fusion bands and artists like Casiopea, T-Square and Masayoshi Takanaka.

In 2025 I finished my study at Noorderpoort and made an EP containing 4 new songs featuring real brass players.
To finish the performing part of my study I performed covers from different Nintendo games as well as one of my own compositions.
After this study I got accepted at the Prins Claus Conservatoire in Groningen at the music teacher department.
Currently I’m working on my next album go check out teasers to see what I’m upto.
